Green World Srl (hereinafter also "Company") hereby informs the subjects who have an interest in adhering to the Services offered by the Company by subscribing to the GREEN 23 App ("Users") about the processing of personal data and in particular to understand how Personal Information is managed when adhering to the rental Service offered or when using the same, so that the User is fully informed and is in the conditions to be able to adhere or not to the Service or to provide - where necessary - a free, express and informed consent to the processing of personal data in the specific GREEN 23 App.

This privacy statement provided pursuant to art. 13 and 14 of the GDPR, relating to the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, and of Legislative Decree 196/2003 and Legislative Decree 101/2018 and subsequent amendments.

The Data Controller is Green World s.r.l. with registered office in Portogruaro (VE),  Viale Trieste 21, (Tax Code and registration in the business register: 04639080276) which operates through the GREEN 23 App.

Green World s.r.l. informs that the use of the GREEN 23 App involves the processing of the personal data of the interested party for the purposes and through the methods indicated below.

We advise the interested party to carefully read this Privacy Policy relating to the Rental Service offered through the use of the GREEN 23 App before accepting its content.

This Privacy Policy applies to the interested party as a registered user of the App.

The purpose is to illustrate to the interested party the methods, the duration of conservation, the purposes of processing his Personal Data. Furthermore, the rights of the interested party are listed in relation to the processing of his Personal Data, and how he can exercise them.

This information is provided solely and exclusively for the GREEN 23 App and not for any websites through which the User may access/use the Application.


1. The data collected

Different types of personal data relating to the User may be collected and used, i.e. any information that can identify him directly or indirectly, and in particular:

  • Identification and contact data: name, surname, username and password, date of birth, e-mail address, telephone number and other similar identifiers.

  • Financial and transactional data: payment card details and details relating to payments that will be made by the User, as well as other similar details. Please note that we do not store your full payment card details.

  • Usage and Technical Data: information about how you use the App and Vehicles, your real-time geographic location through your use of the Mobile Device via GPS/Bluetooth, login details, operating system and platform, and others similar technology identifiers on the Devices you use to access the App and our Vehicles.

  • Purchase data: data relating to purchases made by the User, communication preferences, feedback and responses to surveys that may be requested, and other similar data that the User will provide.

  • Location data: the App allows the User to use the GPS of his device to find the sharing point closest to him. This function can always be disabled by the User who can continue to use the vehicle without problems.

Failure to communicate, where required, Personal Data by the interested party (User) could lead to the limitation of the possibility of accessing the Service or of our ability to provide the requested assistance.

3. Processing methods

Your personal data will be processed through the use of tools and procedures suitable for guaranteeing its integrity and confidentiality.


4. Subjects who may be recipients of personal data

Your personal data will be processed exclusively by the Data Controller, by the Data Processors appointed by him and by the specifically authorized Data Processors. The updated list of Managers and Appointees can always be requested from the Data Controller for consultation.

Your personal data may be communicated - by way of example but not limited to - to companies/professional studios that provide assistance, advice or collaboration to the Data Controller, in accounting, administrative, tax, legal matters, in relation to the establishment and the management of the existing contractual relationship with you, for the time strictly necessary for the fulfillment of their instrumental and/or ancillary duties for the execution of the existing relationship with you and always under the control and supervision of the Data Controller, of the Data processors and strictly authorized data processors.

Your personal data may be communicated to the Judicial Authority and the Judicial Police pursuant to provisions of the law or regulation or pursuant to provisions of the judicial authority. The data of the interested party will never be disclosed.


4. Data Security

We have put in place appropriate security measures to prevent the accidental loss, use or unauthorized access, alteration or disclosure of your personal data.

We have procedures in place to deal with any suspected personal data breaches and will report breaches to you and any authorities where we are legally required to do so.


5. Data Retention

The download of the App is voluntary and the User can uninstall it at any time or change the permissions. The User is informed that the Company's databases may need a longer period to completely remove his data. In addition, we may retain information from deleted User Accounts to prevent fraud, collect commissions and enforce the General Terms and Conditions, fulfill legal obligations or enforce legal rights.

Your personal data will be stored for the time necessary to respond to your requests and in any case for no more than 10 (ten) years, limited and functionally to the need to be able to guarantee the Company the possible exercise and protection of its rights and interests deriving from, connected or linked to the existing relationship with you and/or its object.


6. Use of Cookies

Green World Srl uses Cookies to understand how the App is used and to improve the User experience. User data is used anonymously as much as possible.

It may happen that Cookies are served by third parties and this involves the disclosure of Technical and Usage Data, rendered anonymously.

You can use the cookie banner to accept or decline non-essential cookies.



7. Transfer of data abroad.

Your personal data is currently not transferred outside the European Union.

If the data controller transfers your personal data to countries not belonging to the EU or in any case not belonging to the European Economic Area (consisting of Switzerland, Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway) he will proceed as follows.

In case of transfer of data to the aforementioned third countries, the data controller will guarantee an adequate level of protection pursuant to art. 45 European Regulation n. 679/2016 and by art. 29 Working Party (the Commission has the power to establish this adequacy through a specific decision and on this point, please refer to the list of decisions on the website of the Guarantor for the protection of personal

In the absence of an adequacy decision pursuant to art. 45 of the European Regulation, the data controller will provide adequate guarantees pursuant to articles 46 - 47 of the European Regulation n. 679/2016.

Lastly, in the event that there is no adequacy decision pursuant to art. 45 of the RE 679/2016 or adequate guarantees pursuant to art. 46 of the aforementioned Regulation, including binding company rules, the transfer of personal data to a country will be permitted only in the presence of exceptions in specific situations pursuant to art. 49 of the RE 679/2016.

8. The rights of the interested party

In relation to the personal data subject to the processing referred to in this information, you are entitled to exercise the following rights at any time:

- Access (Article 15 of EU Reg. No. 2016/679): the Data Controller guarantees the right of access to personal data concerning the data subject;

- Correction (art. 16 EU Reg. n. 2016/679): the Data Controller provides, upon request of the interested party, the correction without unjustified delay of inaccurate personal data.

- Cancellation (art. 17 EU Reg. n. 2016/679): the Data Controller cancels the personal data of the interested party without unjustified delay if: the personal data are no longer necessary with respect to the purposes for which they were collected or treated; the interested party revokes the consent; the interested party opposes the processing and there is no overriding legitimate reason to proceed with the processing; the personal data have been processed unlawfully.

- Limitation (Article 18 of EU Reg. No. 2016/679): the Data Controller limits the processing at the request of the interested party when: the interested party disputes the accuracy of the data; the processing is unlawful and the interested party opposes the cancellation of the data but requests the limitation of the processing; the data are no longer necessary for the purposes of processing, but are necessary for the assessment, exercise and defense of a right in court; the interested party has opposed the processing and is awaiting the prevalence of the legitimate reasons of the Data Controller with respect to those of the interested party.

- Portability (Article 20 of EU Reg. No. 2016/679): understood as the right to obtain data from the Data Controller in a structured format in common use and readable by an automatic device in order to transmit them to another data controller without impediments.

- Opposition to processing (Article 21 of EU Reg. No. 2016/679): the interested party has the right to object at any time to the processing of personal data concerning him.

- Exercise the right to revoke consent, if given for one or more specific purposes, at any time without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing until the aforementioned consent is revoked.

- Propose a complaint to the Personal Data Protection Authority (Article 51 of EU Reg. No. 2016/679).

9. Connection to Third Party Services

The App uses the Twillio service to send SMS containing the registration confirmation OTP codes, which are stored and processed by Twillio in compliance with the GDPR. You can consult the privacy policy here
